Tasty Chocolatey Trail Mix
½ cup nuts of choice (pecans, peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
½ cup vegan chocolate chips or chopped up vegan dark chocolate bar
Mix all together and store in an airtight container.
Good to Know:
Dark chocolate is a superfood! That is all. Seriously though, don’t feel guilty about eating dark chocolate. It’s on the list of top 10 superfoods that I shared in the introduction of Week 1. All of the ingredients in this trail mix are super healthy and filling. Enjoy!
