Smoothie Bowl with Fruit


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen fruit

2 tablespoons vegan yogurt

2 tablespoons ground flax seed

1 good handful of greens (kale, spinach)

1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)

1 cup plant milk


1 tablespoon of nuts of choice (walnuts, pecans, etc.)

2 tablespoons granola*

1-2 tablespoons blueberries or other fresh fruit of choice


Directions:

Blend the frozen fruit, yogurt, flax, greens, protein powder & plant milk. Pour into a bowl. I usually place that in the freezer while I clean up the blender & put stuff away.


Add your nuts, granola and fresh fruit to the smoothie bowl. Enjoy!
