(shells, penne, rigatoni, etc, gluten free works, too)
Your choice of vegan pasta sauce
Vegan Mozzarella cheez shreds
Vegan Parmesan (optional)
Vegan ground “beef”, fresh basil, steamed veggies. This is a great way to use leftovers, too!
Preheat the oven to 375. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain pasta and return to the pot. Add pasta sauce and the vegan cheese. Pour into a baking pan, cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or so, until the cheese has melted. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes, then serve.
Good to Know:
This is a great meal to pair with a quick salad or steamed broccoli, but there are certainly times when I’ve been really busy and served just the Pasta Bake.
